RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Switchback Supply Co, we stand behind every product we ship. Because all of our products are made to order — printed and fulfilled specifically for you when you place your order — our return and exchange policy works a little differently than traditional retail. Please read this carefully before purchasing.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

Every order is individually produced through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printful). Nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. This model lets us offer a wide range of designs with no excess inventory and no waste - but it does mean we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personal preference reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.

What we can and will always do: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we will make it right as quickly as possible and at no cost to you.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

If your item arrives with any of the following issues, we will send you a free replacement:

· Item is damaged in transit (tears, holes, significant creasing)

· Print is misaligned, faded, or has visible printing errors

· Wrong item received (wrong design, wrong color, wrong size)

· Item has a manufacturing defect

To request a replacement:

1. Email us at main@switchbacksupply.co within 14 days of delivery

2. Include your order number and 1–2 clear photos showing the issue

3. We will confirm your replacement order within 1 business day

No return shipping required. We cover everything.

SIZE & FIT

Because we cannot accept size exchanges, we strongly encourage you to review the size chart included on apparel product listing before placing your order.  Hats and Beanies are unisex and one size fits all.

Our t-shirts and hoodies are printed on blank apparel, which run true to size with a relaxed unisex fit. If you are between sizes and prefer a looser fit, size up.

If you prefer a closer fit, stay with your normal size. If you have questions about sizing before you order, contact us at main@switchbacksupply.co and we will help you choose the right size.

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for:

· Incorrect size ordered (please check size charts before purchasing)

· Change of mind or personal preference

· Items that have been worn, washed, or used

· Orders where the customer provided incorrect shipping information

We understand this may be frustrating in some cases. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please reach out to us - we review every situation individually and will always try to find a fair resolution.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

· First, check with neighbors and all household members

· Check your mailbox, porch, and any secure package areas

· Contact your local USPS or carrier with your tracking number If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will file a claim and arrange a replacement.

If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will reship to a corrected address — reshipping fees may apply.

CANCELLATIONS

Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, at this time we are unable to process cancellation requests.
