THE NAME

A switchback isn't the scenic route. It's the only route.

If you've ever hiked a steep mountain trail, you know what a switchback is. It's the zigzag path cut into the side of a slope — not because someone couldn't find a straight line, but because the straight line up is impossible. The switchback is the engineered solution. The smart path. The one that actually gets you to the top.

We built this brand around that idea. Not because progress is messy or difficult — but because the indirect path is often the right one. The detour that becomes the destination. The wrong turn that leads somewhere better. The career pivot, the life change, the trail that looks like it's going the wrong direction until suddenly it isn't.
